BCCPO3016B Conduct Dump Truck Operations:

This unit covers planning and preparation work, the conduct of operational checks, the safe and effective operations of the dump truck for a range of tasks, the fitting, use and removal of attachments and general operator maintenance.

You will also be required to perform the following tasks under wet and dry conditions;

· Transporting soil, rock & material
· Static & mobile dumping
· Discharging on slopes
· Discharging over edges
· Where at least one load is prone to hang-ups and one to free flow.
